About Us

Always Growing Forward

OUR HISTORY

We began as Dominion Builders a commercial construction company that produced thousands of successful projects. After working with one of the most innovative indoor agriculture companies in the business, we realized there was a need to create a specialized approach to deliver CEA facilities. Dominion grew its team of experts and added a division called Dominion-Ag. Today, we've simplified our name to DAG, and we focus our efforts on innovation and leadership for helping indoor farming companies succeed.

How it All Started

DAG TIMELINE

GREENHOUSE PRODUCE CULTIVATION
01

Bright Farms, Rochelle, IL

Construction of a 177,442 sq. ft. hydroponic greenhouse for the production and packing of locally grown lettuce and tomatoes in Rochelle, Illinois. The project was phased to allow for design finalization, site prep and foundation installation prior to harsh winter conditions. The team at Bright Farms was acclaimed as one of the world’s top 10 most innovative companies in food by Fast Company.

WAREHOUSE CANNABIS CULTIVATION
02

CAMP Cannabis, St. Louis Missouri

Phase one of their state-of-the-art 100,000 square ft. cultivation, processing and extraction facility gives CAMP the ability to control all parameters in each climate-controlled room for different stages of Cannabis growth. Automated measurements for temperature, humidity, lighting, nutrients, and CO2 infusion allows CAMP to continually study, adapt, and optimize their cultivation environment. Clean Room technology with mold resistant panels, air-tight access, secure workflow authorization, water and air filtration systems, and advanced water conservation makes this facility one of the finest in the industry.

Greenhouse Retrofit
03

WDC Greenhouse, Elkwood, Va

An abandoned greenhouse structure was our starting point for this state-of-the-art tomato production facility. DAG added climate control systems, ventilation systems, grow gutters, irrigation, harvesting rails, and reinforced the existing structure. Because heat is not good for the growth of tomatoes, the concrete floor was completely removed and replaced by woven polypropylene fabric.

Fast-Track Cultivation
04

Green Growth Brands, Umatilla, FL

Occasionally due to Medical Marijuana licenses, facilities need to be built and operational in a short timetable. For this reason, we have built complete facilities using a series of large construction trailers in remote locations. This facility was built on a 10-acre site where there was no cellular service, lights, or nearby electricity. Each trailer was set up for a separate purpose: Mother, clone, vegetation, flower, curing and trimming, and operations.

Hybrid (Greenhouse & Warehouse)
05

Confidential

State-of-the-art 60,000 sq. ft facility combining multi-tiered indoor cultivation plus greenhouse cultivation including the latest in production and automation systems.
