Foundational Planning
Upon conception of a facility project, DAG helps in the planning and feasibility stage. We begin the integration of the components based on the goals and objectives of our clients and provide our experience and insight into the layout, equipment integration, and constructability. This gives our clients a clear direction on site selection, project size & costs, and yield projections.
Design & Pre-construction
DAG spearheads the entire project, so all professionals, equipment plans, and final drawings are fully integrated and equipment is procured in a timely manner. This avoids the common pitfalls of communication and responsibility gaps. We identify the missing details that if built would lead to ongoing operational deficiencies, delays or change orders.
Construction
As a general contractor, we lead the project to completion through value engineering, compressing timelines, and managing the construction. DAG selects qualified local subcontractors, and with DAG’s Project Managers and onsite Superintendents, we guide and finalize the facility to commencement.
